1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Brova Digital Group ("Brova," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit brova.digital (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us — for example by submitting a contact form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or emailing us directly.

Brova Digital Group is a trademark and service mark of Brova Digital Group, registered in Argentina and in other countries. We work with clients across Europe, Latin America, North America and Oceania, and this policy is written to be consistent with data protection law in Argentina (Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326) as well as the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") for visitors and clients based in those regions.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

Information you give us directly

  • Contact form and email: when you write to us, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message.
  • WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, display name and the content of your messages, subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Business enquiries: if a project or engagement moves forward, we may collect additional business contact details (company name, role, billing information) needed to deliver and invoice the work.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and approximate location (derived from your IP address). Information from third parties

We may receive limited information about you from analytics and advertising partners (such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn) when you interact with our ads or content on their platforms, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide the information or services you request;
  • Scope, deliver, manage and invoice client engagements;
  • Operate, maintain and improve the Site and understand how visitors use it;
  • Measure and improve the performance of our marketing, including paid advertising campaigns;
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights;
  • Send occasional communications related to an active enquiry or engagement. We do not send unsolicited marketing email to people who have not contacted us first.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and — where enabled — advertising measurement. This includes Google Analytics, and may include Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. Where UK/EU GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — for non-essential cookies and marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time via our cookie settings or by contacting us;
  • Legitimate interests — for essential site operation, security, and responding to enquiries you initiate;
  • Contract — for information needed to deliver and invoice a client engagement;
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law, for example for tax and accounting purposes.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our hosting provider (Brova Cloud infrastructure), email provider, and analytics/advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), each bound by their own data processing terms;
  • Professional advisors such as accountants or legal counsel, where necessary;
  • Authorities where required by law, regulation or valid legal process.

7. International data transfers

Because Brova operates across Argentina, the UK, the EU and other regions, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including Argentina. Where we transfer personal data out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfers to jurisdictions recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy: enquiry and message data is generally retained for up to 24 months if no engagement follows; client and billing records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and commercial law; analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the relevant tool (see our Cookie Policy).

9. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information ("right to be forgotten");
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Request a portable copy of your information;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — for Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública; for the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; for the EU, your national supervisory authority.

10. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and hosting on infrastructure we manage and monitor directly through Brova Cloud. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be communicated more prominently where appropriate.
